5. Consent (Automatic Approval) Agenda This agenda consists of ministerial or "housekeeping" items required by law such as routine bids, contracts, purchases and resolutions. Items may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.

6.A. Approve at the second and final reading, an ordinance on a proposal to adopt a property tax rate of $0.624000 per $100.00 valuation.

6.B. Ratification of the property tax revenue increase reflected in the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget, as required by Texas Local Government Code §102.007(c). The property tax rate of $0.624000 per $100 assessed valuation will provide property tax revenues in support of the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget

6.C. Consider a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement between the City of Bryan and NN Out Properties LTD
