2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

3. Request for Approval of Conditional Use Permit - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval; appeals may be directed to City Council).

Conditional Use Permit CU26-05: 721 Mary Lake Drive - A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an accessory dwelling unit on property zoned Residential District – 5000 (RD-5), specifically on property at 721 Mary Lake Drive, being 0.26 acres of land adjoining the southeast side of Mary Lake Drive northeast of its intersection with Lazy Lane, occupying Lot 4 in Block 3 of Ridgecrest Addition in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Planning Variance PV26-13: 1,800 Block of W. 28th Street - A request for approval of a 2.5-foot variance from the minimum 50-foot lot width generally required on properties zoned Residential District – 5000 (RD-5), to allow the planned creation of one new lot with a proposed lot with of 47.5 feet on 0.49 acres of land out of the Stephen F.
