3. Executive Session - Notice is hereby given that the City Council may convene in executive session in accordance with the following provisions of Texas Government Code, Section 551, to discuss:

A. Public hearing, presentation, and consideration of an ordinance to designate a reinvestment zone, pursuant to Texas Tax Code chapter 312, for 14.73 acres lying in the Stephen F. Austin No. 10 League survey, abstract 63, in Brazos County, Texas
B. Owner-requested annexation case no. ANN25-03, public hearing, presentation and consideration of the first and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, annexing territory generally described as being 24.27 acres of land out of the Stephen F. Austin Survey, Abstract No. 10, and 9.68 acres of land out of Carrabba Industrial Park Subdivision – Phase 10A, 2.33 acres of County right-of-way for Boatcallie Road, 1.3 acres of County right-of-way for Roughneck Drive, and 0.72 acres of County right-of-way for Tabor Road (FM 974), being a total of 38.3 acres of land located generally south of Tabor Road (FM 974) between Boatcallie and Marino Roads, in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas, lying adjacent and contiguous to the present corporate limits of the City of Bryan; finding that all necessary and required legal conditions have been satisfied; describing the territory annexed and providing a service plan therefore; obligating the property situated therein to bear its pro rata part of taxes levied; providing rights and privileges as well as duties and responsibilities of inhabitants and owners of said territory.
6. Consent (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of ministerial or "housekeeping" items required by law such as routine bids, contracts, purchases and resolutions. Items may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.
