4. Consent (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of ministerial or “housekeeping” items required by law such as routine bids, contracts, purchases, and resolutions. Items may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.

5. Statutory (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of items previously approved by Council action such as adoption of items that are part of an approved budget or capital improvement projects, first and only readings of ordinances, interlocal agreements, or action that is required by law or delegated to the City Manager. Items may be removed from the statutory agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.

A. Consider ratification and approval of a proposed Meet and Confer Agreement between the City of Bryan and the Bryan Firefighters Association, International Association of Firefighters Local 1204

B. Consider appointment of individuals to various advisory boards and committees such as the Bryan Animal Center Advisory Committee, Bryan Business Council, Bryan-Brazos County Economic Development Foundation, Bryan Cemeteries Advisory Board, Bryan College Station Public Library System Board, Community Development Advisory Committee, City of Bryan Audit Committee, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and Senior Advisory Committee

C. Consider appointment of Councilmembers to the Audit Committee, the Bryan-Brazos County Economic Development Foundation Board (BBCEDF), and Metropolitan Planning Organization Policy Board

D. Approval of a Resolution nominating candidates for the Brazos Central Appraisal District Board of Directors, Brazos County, Texas

E. Appointment of a City Manager for the City of Bryan

7. Reports

A. City Manager Report - City Manager update on capital improvement, development and redevelopment projects, staff/citizen recognition, reports on attendance at meetings and events, and information to the public about upcoming public meetings and events.

B. Items of Community Interest - Expressions of thanks, congratulations or condolences; information regarding holiday schedules; honorary recognition of city officials, employees or other citizens; information regarding attendance at community-related events; and reminders about upcoming events sponsored by the City or other entity that are scheduled to be attended by a city official or city employee.
