A. Public hearing, presentation and consideration of an ordinance to designate the RELLIS Reinvestment Zone No. 3, pursuant to Texas Tax Code chapter 312 for a 12.88 Tract out of the State of Texas (Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas) Called 1991.39 Acre Tract Volume 219, Page 201 James Curtis Jr. Survey, A-12 Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.

5. Regular Agenda - This agenda consists of items requiring individual consideration by Council.

A. Approval of the proposed Contact with Lone Star Recreation of Texas, LLC. for the purchase and installation of playground equipment for Travis Bryan Midtown Park in the amount of $4,227,806.50.

B. Consider adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of City of Bryan, Texas, City Electric System Revenue Bonds; establishing parameters with respect to the sale of the bonds; and enacting other provisions incident and related thereto.

C. Consider adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of City of Bryan, Texas, Rural Electric System Revenue Bonds; establishing parameters with respect to the sale of the bonds; and enacting other provisions incident and related thereto.

D. Appointment of citizen representatives to a Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) to assist in the development of a new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Bryan.
