2. Executive Session - Notice is hereby given that the City Council may convene in executive session in accordance with the following provisions of Texas Government Code, Section 551, to discuss:

A. Fiscal Year 2025 Budget - Public Hearing and First Reading of Ordinance - Open public hearing, hear citizen comments, close public hearing, staff presentation, and consider the first reading of an ordinance approving and adopting a budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024, and ending September 30, 2025, inclusive, with expenditures in the combined total of $526,863,500 appropriating funds for the maintenance and operation of the various departments, activities, and improvements of the City; appropriating funds for the payment of debt obligations in accordance with applicable contracts and laws; providing that expenditures for said fiscal year shall be made in accordance with said budget; and authorizing the City Manager to make certain transfers of funds

6. Regular Agenda - This agenda consists of items requiring individual consideration by Council.
