4. Consent (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of ministerial or “housekeeping” items required by law such as routine bids, contracts, purchases, and resolutions. Items may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.

B. Consideration - Vote on tax rate proposal and schedule public hearing on proposed tax rate. Vote to place a proposal to adopt the staff recommended property tax rate of $0.62400 per $100 of assessed valuation, or another rate as proposed by Council, on the regular agenda of the September 5, 2023, City Council meeting, and the regular agenda of the September 12, 2023, City Council meeting. Schedule public hearing on the proposed tax rate on September 5, 2023. (The staff's recommended proposed tax rate is the same as the current tax rate.)
C. Discussion regarding College Station sewer line project possibly through or adjacent to Beverly Estates and Garden Acres
