2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Planning Variance PV23-12: Richard Womack - A request for approval of a complete variance from the minimum 25-foot front building setback generally required on properties zoned Commercial District (C-3), to allow the proposed construction of a building addition that is planned to extend all the way to the front (south) property line on property located at 1720 E. 29th Street at the east corner of E. 29th Street and Hollowhill Drive, being Lot 1 in Block 1 of the Three-R Subdivision in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Planning Variance PV23-14: Brazos Transit District - A request for approval of a variance from driveway access standards of Bryan Code of Ordinances Section 62-296(a)(8) that generally discourage direct driveway access for nonresidential development to a local street when the primary use of the local street is access to and from residences, to permit property occupied by nonresidential development (Brazos Transit District) to take direct driveway access to Holick Lane, a local street, although driveway access to S. Texas Avenue, a major arterial street exists, on 3.261 acres of land addressed as 3350 S. Texas Avenue, being Lot 1-R in Block 1 of Community Health Center Subdivision in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
