Conditional Use Permit CU22-07: 3802 Kelli Lane - A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a detached dwelling unit with no more than four unrelated people on land zoned Residential - Neighborhood Conservation District (R-NC), being 0.24 acres of land adjoining the west side of Kelli Lane, and currently addressed as 3802 Kelli Lane in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Rezoning RZ22-04: Builder 10 Construction - A request to change the zoning classification from Retail District (C-2) to Multi Family District (MF), being 1.47 acres of vacant land adjoining the south side of the 1000 block of West Villa Maria Road between Forestwood Drive and North Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818), being Lot 1 of Western National Bank Subdivision in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Rezoning RZ22-13: Bryan Independent School District - A request to amend the development standards of a previously-approved Planned Development – Mixed Use District (PD-M), specifically to allow for the construction of a Bryan Independent School District-operated maintenance and transportation facility, being 95.29 acres of land out of the Zeno Phillips League, A-45, adjoining the west side of North Harvey Mitchell Parkway between Leonard and West Villa Maria Roads in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Planning Variance PV22-14: Adam Development Properties, LP - A request for approval of a 2.9-foot variance from the minimum 140-foot lot depth required on property zoned Planned Development – Mixed Use (PD-M), to allow for the proposed subdivision of one new residential lot with a minimum lot depth of 137.1-feet, proposed to be Lot 1 in Block 30 of the Oakmont Subdivision – Phase 4B, being 15.17 acres of land located north and northeast of the intersection of Kebler Pass and Greenstone Way in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
