2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Rezoning RZ22-02: City of Bryan - A request to amend a previously-approved Planned Development - Housing District (PD-H), commonly known as Edgewater Subdivision Phases 1 through 4, being 166.2 acres of land located generally north of the Oak Meadow and Autumn Lake Subdivisions, specifically, by changing the PD-H District development plan to allow essential municipal land use on 3.93 acres of land within said master-planned subdivision, said 3.93 acres also being described as Lot 50 in Block 21 of Edgewater Subdivision - Phase 3 and located east of the terminus of Shimla Court and generally south of Viva Road in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 4. Proposed Amendments to the City of Bryan's Thoroughfare Plan - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).

A. Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPA22-01: City of Bryan - A proposal to amend the classification of Charles Avenue in the City of Bryan's Thoroughfare Plan in order to take advantage of existing pavement. (Z. Kennard)
