2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Right-of-way Abandonment RA21-05: 208 North Logan Avenue - A request to abandon a 0.08-acre portion of public rights-of-way for North Logan Avenue and West 24th Street, in Block 195 of the Bryan Original Townsite, adjacent to property currently addressed as 208 North Logan Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 3. Request for Approval of Zoning Changes - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).

A. Rezoning RZ22-01: LJR Properties, LLC - A request to change the zoning classification from a combination of Commercial District (C-3) and Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) to Multiple-Family District (MF), on 6.2 acres of land out of the John Austin League, Abstract No. 2, adjoining the northeast and southeast corners of the intersection of East Villa Maria Road and Red River Drive, and currently addressed as 2539 East Villa Maria Road in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
