2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. 3. Requests for Approval of Exceptions from Design Standards of the Subdivision Ordinance (Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 110) - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval).

A. Planning Exception PE22-01: Windmill Hill Subdivision - Phase 1 (ETJ) - A request for approval of an exception from the minimum 150-foot lot width standard of the Subdivision Ordinance (Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 110) required for lots of one acre or more and located in the City of Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ), to allow two proposed new lots with lot widths of less than 150 feet, being proposed Lots 9 and 13 of the proposed Windmill Hill Subdivision - Phase 1, on 27.87 acres of land adjoining the southwest side of FM 1179 and south of its intersection with Honeysuckle Lane in Brazos County, Texas. B. Planning Exception PE22-02: Heritage Lake Meadows Subdivision (ETJ) - A request for approval of an exception from the minimum 150-foot lot width standard of the Subdivision Ordinance (Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 110) required for lots of one acre or more and located in the City of Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ), to allow five proposed new lots with lot widths of less than 150 feet, being proposed Lots 5 through 9 in Block 1 of the proposed Heritage Lake Meadows Subdivision, on 15.75 acres of land located approximately 315-feet northeast of the intersection of Lorena Lane and McCrae Court in Brazos County, Texas.
