2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Easement Release ER21-03: 241 North Earl Rudder Freeway - A request to release a 0.13-acre portion of a 20-foot wide public sanitary sewer and drainage easement recorded in Volume 553, Page 809, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and extending 295-feet from southwest to northwest across property adjoining the west side of North Earl Rudder Freeway west frontage road, approximately 720 to 1,050-feet south of its intersection with Oak Hill Drive, and currently addressed as 241 North Earl Rudder Freeway in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Rezoning RZ21-27: BORD Development, LLC - A request to change the zoning classification from Agricultural – Open District (A-O) to Planned Development – Housing District (PD-H), specifically on 26.2 acres of land out of the Stephen F. Rezoning RZ21-31: Noe Requena-Bernal - A request to change the zoning classification from Agricultural – Open District (A-O) to Industrial District (I), specifically on 14.06 acres of land out of the Ozwald Wilcox Survey, Abstract no. 234, adjoining the east side of Mumford Road between Louis E.
