2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. Jones Survey, A-26, located generally west of South Traditions Drive, west of existing Phases 3, 11 and 34 of the Traditions Subdivision, and generally east of Riverside Parkway (SH 47) in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Final Plat FP21-10: Greenbrier Subdivision - Phases 7 and 11 - Proposed Final Plat of Greenbrier Subdivision - Phases 7 and 11, being 16.52 acres of land out of the John Austin League, A-2, located northeast of the existing terminus of Stoneleigh Road extending further northeast to the Bryan City Limits in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
