2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Final Plat FP20-14: Greenbrier Subdivision - Phase 2A - Proposed Final Plat of Greenbrier Subdivision - Phase 2A, being 13.23 acres of land out of the John Austin League, A-2, located northeast of Greenbrier - Phase 2, adjoining the eastern terminus of Fox Hill Way in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 3. Request for Approval of Variance to Standards - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval; applicants may direct appeals to City Council).

Planning Variance PV21-03: Alexandra Hernandez - A request for approval of a 5-foot variance from the minimum 25-foot front building setback generally required on properties zoned Commercial District (C-3), to allow for the construction of a retail building which proposes to extend within 20-feet of the north property line, on property adjoining the southwest corner of West William Joel Bryan Parkway and North Logan Avenue, being Lot 6R in Block 194 of the Bryan Original Townsite, and currently addressed as 601 West William Joel Bryan Parkway in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
