2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Right-of-way Abandonment RA20-04: Public Alley and portion of Marshall Avenue - A request to abandon a a 20-foot wide public alley right-of-way, being 0.12 acres of land extending northeast-to-southwest in the center of Block 7 of the Milton Darwin's Subdivision #2, as well as 0.84 acres of public street right-of-way for Marshall Avenue adjoining the north and west sides of Block 7 of Milton Darwin's Subdivision #2 north of Patton avenue, and adjacent to property currently addressed as 1901 Marshall Avenue and 1900 Patton Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. A. Rezoning RZ20-23: Traditions Acquisition Partnership, LP - A request to change the zoning classification from a combination of Planned Development – Mixed Use District (PD-M) and Agricultural – Open District (A-O) to Planned Development – Housing District (PD-H), on 62.131 acres of land out of the John H. Jones Survey, A-26, located generally west and northwest of the current southern terminus of Club Drive, between The Traditions Subdivision and the Texas A&M University Health Science Center Campus, being proposed Phases 35 through 37 of The Traditions Subdivision in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. B. Rezoning RZ20-25: 1179 Joint Venture I, LP - A request to amend a previously-approved Planned Development – Housing District (PD-H), to reduce the minimum required home size from 2,200 to 2,000 heated square feet of floor area, on 6.83 acres of land out of the John Austin Survey adjoining the northeast corner of FM 1179 and Riverstone Drive (proposed Stonebrier Subdivision - Phase 2) in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. C. Rezoning RZ20-26: J.C. Wall, III - A request to change the zoning classification from Office District (C-1) to Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) on 1.075 acres of land adjoining the southwest corner of Groesbeck and Richard Streets, being Lot 2R in Block 1 of the Thomas Heights Addition, and currently addressed as 1800 Groesbeck Street in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Planning Variance PV20-17: Sergio & Belinda Valadez - A request for approval of a 4.5-foot variance from the minimum 7.5-foot side building setback generally required on property zoned Residential District – 5000 (RD-5), to legitimize the construction of a detached metal shed and carport which extend within 3 feet of the east side property line on property at 1511 Una Avenue, adjoining the south side of Una Avenue between McAshan and Cole Streets, being the northern half of Lot 11 and Lot 12 of the Cole Addition, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
