2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.
A. Rezoning RZ20-22: DALARM, LLC - A request to change the zoning classification from South College - Residential District (SC-R) to Planned Development – Housing District (PD-H), on 1.95 acres being Lot 1 in Block 1 of the North Campus Subdivision, adjoining the northern terminus of Chakett Court, located generally northwest of Howdy Court, and currently addressed as 1824 Chakett Court in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. B. Rezoning RZ20-24: Ramiro Galindo - A request to amend a previously approved Planned Development – Mixed Use District (PD-M) on 10.29 acres of land out of the T.J. Conditional Use Permit CU20-08: Jeremy Stark - A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit, to allow the development of a nightclub or tavern ≤ 5,000 square feet on land zoned Retail District (C-2), specifically on 0.34 acres of land adjoining the southeast corner of South Texas Avenue and East 26th Street, and currently addressed as 101 South Texas Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
