Variance VAR20-03: James & Donna Darsey - A request for approval of a variance from Zoning Ordinance Subsection 130-34(b)(1)(f) which limits the size of an accessory dwelling unit on a single property in residential districts to not exceed 1,000 square feet nor be less than 400 square feet, to allow the construction of an accessory dwelling unit to be 1,694 square feet in area, on 1.395 acres located on the west side of Palmetto Trail, approximately 270 feet north of its intersection with North Traditions Drive, and currently addressed as 3102 Palmetto Trail in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
