2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Rezoning RZ20-03: Legacy BTX Holdings, LLC - A request to amend a previously-approved Planned Development – Mixed Use District (PD-M) on 5.957 acres (prior to recent re-survey it was estimated at 5.85 acres) acres of land adjoining the west corner of University Drive East and Corporate Center Drive, being a portion of Lot 2R in Block 4 of the Park Hudson Subdivision – Phase 4, and currently addressed as 3345 University Drive East in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Rezoning RZ20-11: Homewood, LLC & Carter Arden Development, LLC - A request to amend a previously approved Planned Development – Mixed Use District (PD-M) on 21.8 acres of unplatted vacant land in the John Austin League, Block 19, located generally northeast of Thornberry Drive, between the northeastern terminus of Fox Hill Way and the southeastern terminus of River Valley Drive, and adjacent to portions of Phases 1, 6A and 15 in the Greenbrier Subdivision, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
