2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

B. Master Plan MP20-01: Foxwood Crossing Subdivision - A proposed master plan for 132 lots on 26.32 acres of land out of the T.J. Wooten Survey, Abstract No. 59, adjoining the northeast side of Jones Road approximately 1,590 to 2,600 feet northwest of its intersection with West Villa Maria Road in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Replat RP20-11: The Traditions Subdivision - Phase 10 - A proposed replat of Lots 1 through 5 and Lots 8 through 10 of Block 1 in Phase 10 of the Traditions Subdivision, being 1.96 acres of land adjoining the east and west sides of Chinquapin Court near its intersection with South Traditions Drive, and currently addressed as 3401 Chinquapin Court and 3403 through 3409 Chinquapin Court in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Replat RP20-14: Green Branch Ridge Subdivision - Phase 6 - A proposed replat of of Lots 5R and 3R in Block 1 of the Green Branch Ridge Subdivision – Phase 6, being 4.68 acres of land adjoining the west side of Stiteler Drive north of its intersection with Steep Hollow Road in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas.
