2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Rezoning RZ20-09: Tony Gongora & Delores Celano - A request to change the zoning classification from Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) to Downtown – North District (DT-N) on 0.56 acres of land adjoining the north side of West 22nd Street between North Sims and North Sterling Avenues, being Lots 1 through 5 in Block 163 of the Bryan Original Townsite, and currently addressed as 404 and 406 West 22nd Street, as well as 500 North Sims Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. C. Rezoning RZ20-10: Southern Tire Mart - A request to change the zoning classification from Planned Development District (PD) to Commercial District (C-3) on 5.67 acres of land adjoining the southwest side of North Earl Rudder Freeway Frontage Road, approximately 860 to 1,240 feet south of its intersection with Old Kurten Road, being Lot 1 in Block 1 of the Cedar Hill Subdivision in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 4. Proposed Amendments to the text of Bryan's Code of Ordinances - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).

A. Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 62 – Land and Site Development: A proposal to amend the text of Bryan Code of Ordinances, Chapter 62, Land and Site Development, to modify loading and unloading area requirements for child care facilities. (S. Bergman)
