2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Austin League, A-62, and the James McMillen Survey, A-176, located generally west of North Harvey Mitchell Parkway between West State Highway 21 and Sandy Point Road in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 3. Requests for Approval of Replats - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval).

A. Replat RP19-40: Bryan Original Townsite - Proposed Replat of all of Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10, a portion of Lots 3, 6, 7 and 8, a portion of the adjoining Alley and portion of Logan Avenue right-of-way in Block 194 of the Bryan Original Townsite, being 0.984 acres of land adjoining the southeast corner of West William Joel Bryan Parkway and North Randolph Avenue and currently addressed as 601 and 606 West William Joel Bryan Parkway in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 4. Proposed Amendments to the text of Bryan's Code of Ordinances - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).

A. Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 110 - Subdivisions: A proposal to amend the text of Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 110, Subdivisions, to update notification and public hearing requirements for replat requests in response to HB 3314. (S. Bergman)
