2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

A. Approval of minutes from the workshop and regular meetings on December 5, 2019.

B. Approval of regular meeting dates and deadlines for submitting applications in 2020.

C. Final Plat FP19-02: Pleasant Hill Subdivision - Proposed Final Plat of Pleasant Hill Subdivision, being 67.46 acres of land out of the Stephen F. Austin Survey, A-62, the Hezekiah Jones Survey, A-145, and the James McMillan Survey, A-176, located approximately 700 feet southeast of the intersection of Sandy Point Road (FM 1687) and North Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818) in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 3. Requests for Approval of Replats - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval).

A. Replat RP19-39: Woodville Acres Addition, No. 1 - Proposed Replat of Lots 10B and 11 in Woodville Acres Addition No. 1, being 7.071 acres of land adjoining the southeast side of the 3000 block of Stevens Drive between the North Earl Rudder Freeway West Frontage Road and Woody Lane in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. A. Presentation, discussion, and possible direction to staff regarding HB 3314 and potential changes to public hearing and notification requirements for residential replats.

5. Staff Announcements (This item includes introductions of new employees, meeting reminders, upcoming events, and staff recognition.)
