2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

A. Replat RP19-26: Green Branch Ridge Subdivision - Phase 6 - Proposed Replat of Lots 3 through 6 in Block 1 of the Green Branch Ridge Subdivision – Phase 6, being 5.77 acres of land adjoining the west side of Stiteler Drive southwest of its intersection with Eagle Vista Avenue in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas. 4. Request for Approval of Zoning Changes - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).

A. Rezoning RZ19-32: Ante Development, LLC - A request to change the zoning classification from Agricultural – Open District (A-O) to Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) on 6.16 acres of land adjoining the west side of Nuches Lane between Colson Road and Autry Lane in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 5. Request for Approval of Variance to Standards - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval; applicants may be direct appeals to City Council).

A. Planning Variance PV19-19: Drew's Carwash - A request for a 17.5-foot variance from the minimum 25-foot front building setback generally required on properties zoned Retail District (C-2) to allow installation of vacuum canopies for use at a carwash which propose to extend within 7.5-feet of the west front property line on property located at the west corner of South Texas and Elm Avenues, being Lot 12 through 17 in Block 11 of the Midway Place Homesite Addition and currently addressed as 3030 South Texas Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. B. Planning Variance PV19-21: American Lube Center Assets-Bryan, LLC - A request for a 9.18-foot variance from the minimum lot depth of 200-feet generally allowed on properties zoned Retail District (C-2) to allow for a minimum lot depth for proposed Lot 2R of 190.82-feet on 0.64 acres of land adjoining the north side of the 1600 block of Briarcrest Drive between Broadmoor Drive and Kent Street, being Lot 2 and 3 in Block 1 of the Briarcrest-Hughes Subdivision – Phase II, and currently addressed as 1617 and 1621 Briarcrest Drive in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
