All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.
A. Replat RP19-25: Oak Grove Park Addition No. 2 - Proposed Replat of the south ½ of Lot 2 and the north ½ of Lot 1 in Oak Grove Park Addition No. 2, being 0.288 acres of land adjoining the east side of North Sims Avenue between West State Highway 21 and West 14th Street and currently addressed as 1312 N Parker Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Replat RP19-30: Woodville Acres Subdivision – Phase 2 - Proposed Replat of Lot 3 in Block 1 of Woodville Acres Subdivision – Phase 2, being 0.761 acres of land adjoining the east side of Woody Lane between Woodville Road and Stevens Drive and currently addressed as 4103 Woody Lane in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Replat RP19-31: The Traditions Subdivision – Phase 26 - Proposed Replat of Lot 16R in Block 2 and a portion of Common Area 3R of The Traditions Subdivision – Phase 26, being 1.343 acres of land located along the north terminus of Mahogany Drive and currently addressed as 3468 Mahogany Drive in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPA19-02: City of Bryan - A proposal to amend the City of Bryan’s Thoroughfare Plan, specifically to realign a proposed super arterial roadway located within the City of Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) between Old Reliance Road and FM 1179, at the request of private development partners for a proposed residential subdivision (Stella Ranch). B. Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPA19-03: City of Bryan - A proposal to amend the City of Bryan’s Thoroughfare Plan, specifically to realign and reclassify proposed and existing roadways located east of State Highway 47 between West Villa Maria Road (FM 1179) and State Highway 21 at the request of staff due to constructability and local property owner concerns. C. Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPA19-04: City of Bryan - A proposal to amend the City of Bryan’s Thoroughfare Plan, specifically to remove a major collector roadway located along Providence Avenue from North Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818) to Stone City Drive as well as a proposed major collector roadway located between the future extensions of Thornberry Drive and Marino Road at the request of staff because the roads are deemed unnecessary.
