2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. 3. Proposed Amendments to the text of Bryan's Code of Ordinances - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).

A. A proposal to amend the text of the Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 62, Land and Site Development, specifically by adding criteria for variance requests to Article IX, Wireless Telecommunication Facilities (not in the public rights-of-way) and to amend the text of the Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 62, Land and Site Development and Chapter 130, Zoning, specifically by amending the definition of “stealth technology or stealth facility.”

4. Presentations

A. Staff presentation and discussion regarding the City's design guidelines and color palette, and possible implications of House Bill 2439.

5. Staff Announcements (This item includes introductions of new employees, meeting reminders, upcoming events, and staff recognition.)

A. Upcoming Noon Regular Meeting Dates: October 17 and November 21, 2019. 12pm. Council Chambers.

B. Upcoming Evening Regular Meeting Date: October 3 and December 5, 2019. 5/6pm. RM305/Council Chambers.
