2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Easement Release ER19-02: Beck Street Water Easement - A request to release a 20-foot wide and 470.97 to 525.62-foot long public utility easement recorded in Volumne 283, Page 567, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and located approximately 517 feet west of the intersection of Beck and Suncrest Streets, extending southeast to Silkwood Drive in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 3. Request for Approval of Zoning Changes - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).

A. Rezoning RZ19-13: Caleb Venable - A request to change the zoning classification from Planned Development – Housing District (PD-H) to Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) on 16.18 acres of vacant land out of T.J. Wooten League, A-59, located generally southwest of Kingsgate Drive on land originally master-planned as part of the Edgewater Subdivision between Barronwood Drive and Viva Road in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Rezoning RZ19-14: Chandler Arden - A request to change the zoning classification from Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) to Planned Development – Housing District (PD-H) on 9.37 acres of vacant land out of the Zeno Phillips League, A-59, adjoining the south side of Bittle Lane between Leonard Road and Fawnwood Drive in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Conditional Use Permit CU19-07: Crowley Custom Homes - A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit, to allow the proposed construction of six townhomes on property zoned Residential District – 5000 (RD-5), specifically on 0.4 acres of land adjoining the northeast corner of Tee Drive and Link Street, being Lot 14 in Block B of the Country Club Estates Subdivision – Phase 2, and currently addressed as 316 Tee Drive in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. 5. Request for Approval of Variance to Standards - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval; applicants may be direct appeals to City Council).

A. Planning Variance PV19-10: 1321 Park Street - A request for a 10-foot variance from the minimum 25-foot front building setback generally required on properties zoned Residential District – 5000 (RD-5), to allow the proposed construction of a detached dwelling, which is planned to extend as close as 15 feet from the front (northeast) property line on property located at1321 Park Street between North Coulter Drive and Ettle Street, being part of Block 2 of the Berger Addition in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
