2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Final Plat FP18-18: Edgewater Subdivision - Phase 5 - Proposed Final Plat of Edgewater Subdivision - Phase 5, being 48.92 acres of land out of the Zeno Phillips League, adjoining the northern extension of Autumn Lake and the south side of Leonard Road, north of existing Edgewater Subdivision - Phase 2 in Brazos County, Texas. Replat RP19-08: Frontier Development Subdivision - 1st Installment - Proposed Replat of Lot 1 and 2 in Block 1 of the Frontier Development Subdivision – 1st Installment, being 0.344 acres of land adjoining the south side of West Pease Street between Groesbeck Street and Finfeather Road and currently addressed as 303 and 305 W. Pease Street in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. (K. Williams)
