2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

Replat RP18-46: Woodville Acres Addition, No. 1 - Proposed Replat of Lots 10B and 11 in Woodville Acres Addition No. 1, being 7.071 acres of land adjoining the southeast side of the 3000 block of Stevens Drive between the North Earl Rudder Freeway West Frontage Road and Woody Lane in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Replat RP19-02: Austin's Estates Subdivision - Phase 6 - Proposed Replat of Lot 3 in Block 3 of Austin’s Estates Subdivision – Phase 6, being 2.225 acres of land located generally west of the terminus of Austin’s Estates Court and currently addressed as 3801 Austin’s Estates Court in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
