2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.
D. Planning Variance PV18-11: Ana Rivera - A request for approval of variances of 3.7 feet to the minimum 100-foot lot depth and 185 square-feet to the minimum 5,000 square-foot lot area generally required on property zoned Residential District – 5000 (RD-5), to allow the creation of one new lot on approximately 0.11 acres of land adjoining the east corner of Center and Reynolds Streets, being parts of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 1 of the Reynolds Addition in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
