2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. Replat RP18-23: Cavitt's Hillcrest Addition - A proposed Replat of Lots 11-14 and 20 feet of Lot 15 in Block N of Cavitt's Hillcrest Addition, being 0.708 acres of land adjoining the west corner of the intersection of Maloney Avenue and Howard Street and currently addressed as 2112 Maloney Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
