2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. Master Plan MP18-03: Yaupon Trails - Proposed Master Plan of Yaupon Trails Subdivision, being 122.8 acres of land out of the Maria Kegan Survey, Abstract No. 28, adjoining the northwest side of Hardy Weedon Road approximately 850 to 2,850 feet northeast from its intersection with State Highway 30/F.M. 158 in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.

C. Final Plat FP18-05: Camwest Crossing - Proposed Final Plat of the Camwest Crossing Subdivision, being 9.358 acres of vacant land adjoining the northeast side of Health Science Center Parkway, approximately 475 to 1,770 feet west from its intersection with Riverside Parkway (SH-47), and currently addressed as 8872 HSC Parkway in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.

D. Final Plat FP17-31: Bittle Place Addition - Proposed Final Plat of the Bittle Place Addition, being 9.372 acres of land adjoining the south side of Bittle Lane between Leonard and Finfeather Roads, and currently addressed as 1220 Bittle Lane in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.

E. Approval of Consent Agenda

3. Proposed Amendments to the text of Bryan's Code of Ordinances - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval).
