2. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

3. Request for Approval of Zoning Changes - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission makes recommendation; City Council has final approval)

A. RZ17-17: Kyle Boothe - A request to change the zoning classification from Residential District - 5000 (RD-5) to Planned Development – Housing District (PD-H), on approximately 0.86 acres of land in the Country Club Estates Addition, specifically Block B, Lots 7-12, located northeast of the intersection of Fairway Drive and Green Street in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Requests for approval of variance to standards of Article IV (Building and Lot Standards) of the Land and Site Development Ordinance (Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 62) - A public hearing will be held for each item. (Commission has final approval; applicants may direct appeals to City Council).

A. PV18-03: Eduardo Campos, Guadalupe Sifuentes, and Mario Salmeron - A request for approval of variances to the minimum 100-foot lot depth and the minimum 50-foot lot width generally required on property zoned Residential District – 5000 (RD-5), to allow the formal subdivision of three lots on approximately 0.43 acres of land located at the southeast corner of N. Coulter Drive and Boone Street, being Lot 1 and portions of Lot 2 in Block B of the Rohde Addition in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. (A. Kay)

B. PV18-04: J. Cody Whitten - A request for approval of a 6-foot variance from the maximum 5-foot height allowed for freestanding signs on property zoned South College - Business District (SC-B), to allow the construction of a new freestanding sign, proposed to be up to 11 feet in height, on property located at 3610 South College Avenue between South College Avenue and Old College Road, being Lot 1 in Block 1 of the Beltrand Subdivision, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
