3. Consent Agenda - these items are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If the Commission desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda, it will be moved (at the request of two Commissioners) to the Regular Agenda for further consideration.

A. RP17-52: Bryan Original Townsite - Block 95 - Proposed replat of Lots 6 through 10 in Block 95 in the Bryan Original Townsite, being 0.717 acres of land located at the southeast corner of North Texas Avenue and East Pruitt Street in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. (L. Hackett)

RZ18-01: Andale Holdings, LLC - A request to change the zoning classification from Agricultural - Open District (A-O) to Commercial District (C-3), on 3.14 acres of vacant land adjoining the northwest side of East State Highway 21 between Marino Road and Clark Street, being Lots 1 and 2 of the Charles (Cal) Marino Land Partition and currently addressed as 5635 East State Highway 21 in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Requests for Approval of Variance to standards of Article IV (Building and Lot Standards) of the Land and Site Development Ordinance (Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 62) - A Public Hearing will be held for each item (Commission has final approval; applicants may direct appeals to City Council).

PV18-01: Santos Bahena Loredo - A request for approval of a 2.5-foot variance from the minimum 25-foot front building setback generally required on properties zoned Mixed Use - Residential District (MU-1), to allow the proposed installation of an 80-foot long manufactured home which is planned to extend within 22.5 feet from the front property line on property located at 1413 George Street, adjoining the west side of George Street between Stevenson Street and Castle Avenue, being Lot 16 in Block 7 of the Castle Heights Subdivision in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 130 - Zoning: A recommendation to the Bryan City Council concerning proposed amendments to the text of Bryan's Code of Ordinances Chapter 130, Zoning, specifically by adding the use "fitness center" to the list of land uses permitted by right in Mixed Use (MU-2) zoning districts.
