Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 62 - Land and Site Development and Chapter 130 - Zoning: A new recommendation to the Bryan City Council concerning proposed amendments to the text of Bryan Code of Ordinances which the Commission previously recommended for approval during a special meeting on September 21, 2017, and which are intended to address land use and structures commonly referred to as “stealth dorms,” such proposed amendments being to Chapter 62, Land and Site Development, and Chapter 130, Zoning, adding new definitions for “detached shared housing” and “bedroom”, adding specific use standards for detached shared housing, and determining in which zoning districts said use will be permitted.
