B. Approval of a blanket purchase order (BPO) to Bound Tree Medical for emergency medical supplies and pharmaceuticals for the Bryan Fire Department in an amount not to exceed $300,000
C. Award the Parks Landscape Services contract to Green Teams, Inc., for Groups One (1) and Two (2) in an amount not to exceed $617,663; and to Grassmasters for Groups Three (3) and Four (4) in an amount not to exceed $209,800, for a combined total contracted amount of $827,463
