A. Notice is hereby given that the City Council may convene in executive session in accordance with the following provisions of the Texas Government Code, Section 551:
B. under the authority of Section 551.071, consultation with attorney - receive legal advice regarding a dispute concerning City/BTU utility easements on property located between William Joel Bryan Parkway and Prairie Drive; and
C. under the authority of Section 551.074, personnel - discussion regarding the appointment, employment, annual performance reviews, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of City Manager, City Secretary, City Attorney, Municipal Court Judge, and Associate Municipal Court Judges, Council self-evaluation and discussion regarding appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
B. Adoption of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Bryan, Texas, approving the Texas Municipal Power Agency (TMPA) Fiscal Year 2023 Generation Budget and associated charges
C. Adoption of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Bryan, Texas, authorized by Section 418.108, Texas Government Code, declaring and extending a local state of disaster in the City of Bryan, Texas, due to severe drought; and providing an effective date
D.
