A. Notice is hereby given that the City Council may convene in executive session in accordance with the following provisions of Texas Government Code, Section 551:
B. under the authority of Section 551.071, consultation with attorney - receive legal advice regarding agenda items 5 A and 5 B of the statutory agenda below;
C. under the authority of Section 551.074, personnel - discussion regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of the City Manager, City Secretary, Interim City Attorney, Municipal Court Judge and Associate Municipal Court Judges, and Council self-evaluation.
3. Fiscal Year 2022 Budget (Approximately 5:30 p.m.) - Public Hearing and First Reading of Ordinance - Open public hearing, hear citizen comments, close public hearing, staff presentation and consider first reading of an ordinance
5. Statutory (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of items previously approved by Council action such as adoption of items that are part of an approved budget or capital improvement projects, first and only readings of ordinances, interlocal agreements, or action that is required by law or delegated to the City Manager. Items may be removed from the statutory agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.
