D. Adoption of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Bryan, Texas, authorizing the City of Bryan to open a trust account with Truist (the City's depository, formerly BB&T); authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary for the opening and management of the trust account, subject to approval of the City Attorney, and to perform all other acts as necessary to accomplish the intent of the resolution

E. Consider Approval of Consent Agenda

5. Regular Agenda - This agenda consists of items requiring individual consideration by Council
