4. Consent (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of ministerial or “housekeeping” items required by law such as routine bids, contracts, purchases, and resolutions. Items may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.

A. Award Fiscal Year 2021 Automobile Physical Damage, Auto Catastrophe, and Auto Liability insurance to the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TMLIRP) in the annual amount of $166,509

B. Approval of Change Order #1 for Phase 1C of Bryan Midtown Park – Travis Fields Renovation, City Job Number 700-D0-2013, in an amount not to exceed $297,830

C. Award the City’s Excess Workers’ Compensation insurance and Excess Liability insurance to Safety National in the combined annual amount of $402,455 for Fiscal Year 2021

D. Approval of the Brazos Valley Economic Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2021 Funding Agreement in the amount of $350,000

E. Approval of the Brazos County Health District Fiscal Year 2021 Budget in the amount of $4,739,599 and City of Bryan funding in the amount of $478,029

F. Adoption of a Water and Sewer Rate Resolution adding a program for cooling tower evaporative credits

G. First and only reading of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bryan, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 2424 increasing the expenditure budget appropriations for Fiscal Year 2020 from $425,047,631 to $451,307,631

A. Approval of proposed amendments to the City of Bryan Financial Management Policy Statements

B. Consider the first and only reading of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of one or more series of City of Bryan, Texas, General Obligation Pension Bonds; levying a tax and providing for the security and payment thereof; providing for the award of the sale in accordance with specified parameters; authorizing the execution and delivery of one or more paying agent/registrar agreements, escrow agreements and purchase agreements; approving the preparation of one or more official statements; and enacting provisions incident and relating to the subject and purposes of this ordinance

C. Consideration, discussion, and possible action to adopt a resolution authorizing each of the Mayor and the City Manager, acting individually, to execute an agreement between the City of Bryan Council and the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) Board regarding the City's unfunded liability with TMRS
