Wooten League, Abstract 59, adjoining the east side of Jones Road southeast of its intersection with Leonard Road, and located east of the Brazos County Expo, as well as approximately 1.79 acres of adjoining right-of-way for Jones Road, for a total area of 45.57 acres of land in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas, lying adjacent and contiguous to the present corporate limits of the City of Bryan.
