4. Consent (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of ministerial or “housekeeping” items required by law such as routine bids, contracts, purchases, and resolutions. Items may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.

Adoption of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Bryan, Texas, approving a budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2018, and ending September 30, 2019, for the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc. (BVSWMA), with total expenditures in the amount of $10,084,487 and revenues in the combined amount of of $8,639,880

First and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, amending Section 118-53, "Restrictions Near Schools" of the City of Bryan Code of Ordinances, by establishing school speed zones for Harmony Science Academy; providing for penalty; providing for publication; and providing an effective date.
