3. Public Hearings and First and Only Readings of Ordinances - Open public hearing, hear citizen comments, close public hearing, staff presentation, and consider first and only reading of ordinance.
4. Consent (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of ministerial or “housekeeping” items required by law such as routine bids, contracts, purchases, and resolutions. Items may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.
B. Consider rejecting all bids received from Request for Bid #18-022 for the package sale of three (3) residential lots located at 1200, 1204, and 1208 Graham Drive, and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with a broker to list the lots for sale on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) .
5. Statutory (Automatic Approval) Agenda - This agenda consists of items previously approved by Council action such as adoption of items that are part of an approved budget or capital improvement projects, first and only readings of ordinances, interlocal agreements, or action that is required by law or delegated to the City Manager. Items may be removed from the statutory agenda for separate consideration at the request of two Councilmembers.
