Amendment to City of Bryan Thoroughfare Plan (CPA18-01) - Public hearing, presentation, and consideration of the first and only reading of an ordinance amending the City of Bryan’s Thoroughfare Plan, being Figure 22 of the City of Bryan Comprehensive Plan (BluePrint 2040), specifically to remove an approximately 2,600-foot long segment of suggested collector street connection currently planned to cross a Carter’s Creek tributary floodplain and floodway east-to-west, approximately midway between Old Reliance Road and East SH-21, east of North Earl Rudder Freeway (SH-6) in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
C. Rezoning Request No. RZ17-12 - Public hearing, presentation and consideration of the first and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, amending Chapter 130, Zoning, of the City of Bryan Code of Ordinances, by changing the zoning classification from Agricultural Open (A-O) District to Planned Development – Mixed Use District (PD-M) allowing certain residential, office and retail uses on approximately 128 acres of land out of Stephen F. Austin League #10 adjoining the northwest side of Old Reliance Road, approximately 1,500 to 5,500 feet northeast of its intersection with North Earl Rudder Freeway (SH-6) in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
D. Amendments to SH 47 Corridor Overlay District - Public hearing, presentation and consideration of the first and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, to amend the text of Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 62, Land and Site Development, and Chapter 130, Zoning, by amending certain standards of the SH 47 Corridor Overlay District, changing the district name to Riverside Parkway/SH 47 Corridor Overlay District, clarifying district boundaries, amending minimum lot dimensions, sign standards, off-street parking area design standards, providing additional credits for existing tree preservation efforts, and making formatting changes of a non-substantive nature.
