B. Approval of the first amendment to the professional services contract with Gessner Engineering, Inc., for Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing, and Construction Inspection Services at the Legends Event Center (LEC), in an amended not to exceed amount of $260,000 for owner testing

Authorize the Mayor to execute a Gas Main Extension Contract and Work Assignment Supplement with CCB Construction Associates (Atmos Energy's approved contractor) and Atmos Energy Corporation for the extension of approximately 4,500 feet of gas main and regulator station for service to the Travis Bryan Midtown Park that will meet the demand needs of BigShots, the Legends Event Center, and future development in the park area in an amount not to exceed $396,000
D. Award the first one-year (365 days) extension of the Parks Landscape Services Contract (No. 20-028) to Green Teams, Inc., for Groups One (1) and Two (2) in an amount not to exceed $617,663; and to Grassmasters for Groups Three (3) and Four (4) in an amount not to exceed $209,800, for a combined total contracted amount of $827,463
E. Award the 2021 Street Maintenance Asphalt Contract (Project Number 332-D3-2105) to Brazos Paving, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $2,278,673.10
