Annexation Case No. ANNEX21-01 (owner requested) - Public hearing, presentation and consideration of the first and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, annexing territory generally described as being 29.184 acres of vacant land out of the Stephen F. B. Approval of Interlocal Agreement for Surplus Property Transfer from Brazos County to the City of Bryan for a shower/restroom trailer that is used at remote incidents or events requiring personnel on scene for many hours or days
C. Approval of the First Amendment to the Chapter 380 Development Agreement between the City of Bryan and Smitty's Outdoors, L.L.C., to facilitate the redevelopment of a catalyst property in the Midtown area located at 1600 A South College Avenue
D. Award the Travis Bryan Midtown Park Phase 2 Construction Contract (BigShots Access Drive) to Palasota Contracting, L.L.C., in an amount not to exceed $1,148,190.95
E. First and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, repealing and replacing Ordinance No. 2406 pertaining to the classifications and number of positions in the Fire and Police Departments pursuant to Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code, adding one lieutenant position in the Bryan Police Department and leaving the number of positions in the Bryan Fire Department unchanged
F. First and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, revising the schedule of rates to be charged for electric services furnished by Bryan Texas Utilities to include an additional market-access transmission level rate, ELECTRIC RATE - SCHEDULE TSRTMPS-C
