Annexation Case No. ANNEX21-01 (owner requested) - Public hearing, presentation and consideration of the first and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, annexing territory generally described as being 29.184 acres of vacant land out of the Stephen F. Austin League No. 9, Abstract No. 62, adjoining the east side of the 2000 block of Mumford Road and located approximately 2,900 feet northwest of State Highway 21 in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas, lying adjacent and contiguous to the present corporate limits of the City of Bryan; finding that all necessary and required legal conditions have been satisfied; describing the territory annexed and providing a service plan therefore; obligating the property situated therein to bear its pro rata part of taxes levied; providing rights and privileges as well as duties and responsibilities of inhabitants and owners of said territory.

A. Rejection of all bids received for the Coulter Airfield Office Building Addition (Request for Bids #21-006)
B. Approval of Interlocal Agreement for Surplus Property Transfer from Brazos County to the City of Bryan for a shower/restroom trailer that is used at remote incidents or events requiring personnel on scene for many hours or days
C. Approval of the First Amendment to the Chapter 380 Development Agreement between the City of Bryan and Smitty's Outdoors, L.L.C., to facilitate the redevelopment of a catalyst property in the Midtown area located at 1600 A South College Avenue
D. Award the Travis Bryan Midtown Park Phase 2 Construction Contract (BigShots Access Drive) to Palasota Contracting, L.L.C., in an amount not to exceed $1,148,190.95
E. First and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, repealing and replacing Ordinance No. 2406 pertaining to the classifications and number of positions in the Fire and Police Departments pursuant to Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code, adding one lieutenant position in the Bryan Police Department and leaving the number of positions in the Bryan Fire Department unchanged
F. First and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, revising the schedule of rates to be charged for electric services furnished by Bryan Texas Utilities to include an additional market-access transmission level rate, ELECTRIC RATE - SCHEDULE TSRTMPS-C
