B. Award of the construction contract for the Stephen F. Austin (SFA) Waterline Relocation Project to Elliot Construction in an amount not to exceed $63,307
C. Award of the construction contract for the Greenbrier Sewer Extension Project to Elliot Construction for an amount not to exceed $265,829.50

G. ANNEX19-08 (owner requested) - First and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, annexing territory generally described as being 153.2 acres of vacant land out of the Stephen F. Austin League, Abstract No. 62, and James McMillen Survey, Abstract No. 176, adjoining the southeast side of the 5200 block of Sandy Point Road between North Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818) and Pleasant Hill Road, as well as 1.25 acres of adjoining right-of-way for Sandy Point Road, for a total area of 154.45 acres of land in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas, lying adjacent and contiguous to the present corporate limits of the City of Bryan; finding that all necessary and required legal conditions have been satisfied; describing the territory annexed and providing a service plan therefore; obligating the property situated therein to bear its pro rata part of taxes levied; providing rights and privileges as well as duties and responsibilities of inhabitants and owners of said territory.
