A. ANNEX 19-08 (owner-requested) - First public hearing to receive public comment, regarding a petition of an area landowner requesting annexation of 153.2 acres of vacant land out of the Stephen F. Austin League, Abstract No. 62, and James McMillen Survey, Abstract No. 176, adjoining the southeast side of the 5200 block of Sandy Point Road between North Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818) and Pleasant Hill Road, as well as 1.25 acres of adjoining right-of-way for Sandy Point Road, for a total area of 154.45 acres of land in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas, lying adjacent and contiguous to the present corporate limits of the City of Bryan (Approximately 5:15 p.m.)
