A. ANNEX 19-02 (owner requested) - First public hearing to receive public comment regarding a petition of an area landowner requesting annexation of 48.92 acres of vacant land out of the T.J. Wooten League, Abstract 59, adjoining the northern extension of Autumn Lake and the south side of Leonard Road, north of the Edgewater Subdivision, Phase 2; as well as approximately 0.53 acres of adjoining right-of-way for Leonard Road, for a total area of 49.45 acres of land in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas.

B. ANNEX 19-05 (owner requested) - First public hearing to receive public comment regarding a petition of an area landowner requesting annexation of 48.34 acres of vacant land out of the Maria Kegan Survey, Abstract No. 28, located approximately 850 feet northeast of State Highway 30, generally northwest of Hardy Weedon Road and southeast of Elmo Weedon Road, in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas.
