Wooten League, Abstract No. 59, adjoining the east side of Jones Road, north of its intersection with West Villa Maria Road, as well as approximately 0.505 acre of adjoining right-of-way for Jones Road, for a total area of approximately 6.841 acres of land in Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in Brazos County, Texas
