G. Ratification of an expenditure of $30,000 to Ewell, Brown, Blanke, and Knight, L.L.P., making the total expenditure $80,000 for legal services.
H. Consider approving the sale of three (3) residential lots located at 1200, 1204, and 1208 Graham Drive, situated on Lots 2, 3 and 4 in Block 1 of Heaven's Way Subdivision in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the unimproved property contract and other documents necessary for closing.

Consideration and possible action to approve the Proposed Fiscal Year 2019 Brazos Valley Wide Area Communications System (BVWACS) Operating and Capital Equipment Replacement Reserve Fund (CERRF) Budget, for the period of October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019, with the City of Bryan participation amount equaling $81,881.33 for the Operating Budget and $28,301.89 for the CERRF Budget.
C. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding the purchase of real property (approximately three acres) on Sandy Point Road adjacent to Lake Bryan for the purchase price of $110,000.00 plus the closing costs in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
D. Consider approving the purchase of 900 North Washington Avenue in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00 and authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary for closing.
E. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Orrick, Herrinton & Sutcliffe L.L.P., to serve as Bond Counsel for bonds and other debt obligations the City of Bryan intends to issue.
